ath 1- this category should be renamed(Greinar --> Egils_saga:_Greinar), otherwise the "höfundur" category doesn't make sense

TABLE:

• The and A should be at the end of the title, i.e. TITLE, (THE) or TITLE, (A)
• Current sort order - the same as in Category index
• Add year (is there a final version of the bibliography?)
• Change formatting
